Yesterday was not a good one & once again I was drawn over to this lonely corner of the site to talk about it. However I had to do dinner & all manner of other things so I mulled it over in my head. I could have banged it all down as a stream of consciousness as a Ďnews as it happensí feed, but not much of it would have made sense without context, aspirations for the future & some technical explanations. But it has to last the festive season, & so as the week progresses itís a good idea to actually read the labels. But wait-this all costs. Didnít our gran used to spoon the hair off the strawberry jam & shave the cheese? Never fear-in households like ours there other ways of establishing what is safe & what is not.
