    sweety I'm going to use the S word. You shouldn't beat yourself up. It's a misdirection of the energy you recharged from having a change of scene & time. Thank you very much for the update & fingers & everything else crossed.

    As a wee aside the last time I was in the A&E resucc bit (as a visitor) there was a poster on the wall, with Kermit, Miss Piggy & the rest of the crew. Underneath it simply said-This is a Muppet Free Zone.
