FA's rambling corner of the internerd

Well I can hardly believe it, tomorrow (Friday 10th July 2009) is Baby Angel's last day at school, end of Reception year and the beginning of her first summer holidays...where did the year go?

Her school work has all come through, I love to look through it all.

So now at the end of her first year at school, she's made lots of friends, won her main race at sports day, learnt to read and write, developed her social skills amongst other children, gained even more confidence, grown a bit taller, her hair got longer, more scrapes and bumps than I can remember, lots of awards, lots of house points, has got through several uniforms and lots of money raised on her sponsored bounce for the PTA.

The school merges next year, so the name has changed, as have the uniforms. Today we found out she will be in Mrs Berry's class (amusing that her Reception teacher's maiden name was Berry too!), but sadly being split up from many of her friends as they have split them by when they were born.

So it's all done...the first year nearly over...that was very quick...cannot help wondering if the next 13 will be just as quick!?!

So very proud of my baby girl...and so onto enjoying the summer and then the First Year for her...
