Slept through my alarm and got in late.

One of the cats was sick all of over the lounge. I can tell this is going to be a bad day.

[The preamble to this is a plan I have to ride round the UK on my fazer in May to raise money for Ovarian Cancer Action. But, having never ridden more than 120miles in a day I should really test my stamina...]

"One bike, 3200 miles of UK coast. Well, that’s the plan anyway, come May. Gulp: I better check I can manage one day in the saddle, let alone eight!

So its 7.15am and I’m suited, booted, helmeted and gloved sitting over the FZS1000 which is purring nicely, ready ...

I still ache. There was me thinking Saturdays session was a bit easy and I'm stiff as hell....

Still, no pain, no gain as they say.....

Day off today.

Recieved more negative anonymous hits for some very witty and informative posts. Hoping it will improve tomorrow. There's been alot of talk about naming the culprits, I hope it happens coz I'd like to know who keeps hitting me for no reason.

Thought I'd cheat and get my eldest to rack me up some high scores in Arcade.........that was a mistake
