Thats a shame. They are awesome bikes and excellent two up - even comfortable for pillion long distance!! I have my eye on an old carbed one that used to belong to someone I know. Hoping I might be back on a blackbird by the end of the year (maybe/hopefully/crossing fingers n everyfink!!)

Good luck with the sale - very nice looking bike. Are you a member on the superblackbird forum? Not a bad place to sell as people wanting them quite often join to find a good one!

No, not a member, if anyone could link to it it would be great.

It's my dad's bike and has definitely not been ridden in anger. He is now not very well and sadly it is not going to get used. I would love to keep it for him just in case he gets better but not looking like a plan at the moment.

Yes its a reasonable to good price for the mileage but if you can lower the price and not feel to hard done too then the sale would move a tad faster

I did put a cheeky offer up but deleted it as the mate who wanted it bought a damaged one to street so took the offer away before you swore at me
