Ever since I've started looking into losing weight I've realised I should eat breakfast. But its just something I find hard to do. I might make a point of doing so as I do like porridge and love peanut butter and toasted granary bread but thought peanut butter was mega fattening so haven't had any for years!
I have started bringing fruit in to work with me, or at least an apple a day. Dont have flavoured waters as the taste sickly to me, just aqua con gas!![]()
