I'm not clear what the suggestion here is ?

And if it's some kind of generalised racial bias on the part of the BBC/ news /media I think it's not particularly true. Some events are more dramatic/ newsworthy on a given day, than others ... So what

Damn that BBC for reporting a massacre of unarmed people by police armed with machine guns that was on film and didn't come from Youtube. It was even on the news over here. The Beeb could hardly show itself as slower on the uptake than the American commercial news networks, could it?

At least they can't blame this one one the good old boers in the SA Police...

I'd like to think the ANC will see the irony in the situation, but I somehow doubt it.

All those who fought bravely and campaigned against the apartheid system must be asking themselves some very serious questions.

I wonder what Clarkson has to say with his little quip on shooting striking workers?

Probably the same as the bloke who tweeted that he was going to blow up Robin Hood airport, "Stop being bellends and deliberately misinterpreting what I said".

Listening to a Press Conference I found this truly bizarre.

"It would appear they coated themselves with something. On the ground, armed workers are promising to "take a bullet with my fellow workers". Traditional doctors have been anointing strikers with potions, allegedly making them invincible."

The more things change, the more they stay the same. I wonder what the comrades in the ANC are doing to relieve the plight of the workers?

Oh, yes. Sorting out the transport problems.
