How long do UK Customs usually hold onto things?

Waiting on a parcel from the US, its been in UK customs since the 16th according to the track and trace thing on the USPS site.

Probably at the covernty hub. Phone them up and get it moving. C&E have wonderful complaints procedures if you're tenacious enough.

Rather not draw attention to it if possible lol

can be a week, and they will write to you if they feel you have to pay extra.

Ive just had a small parcel from the US.

Posted on the friday afternoon, landed in the UK on Tuesday. Then took 2 weeks for parcelfarce to right to me, although the letter took a week to get to me too

Parcel delivered 3 1/2 weeks after posting, got clobbered for duty which I expected, but on the box was Parcelfarce 48 hour delivery, tossers
