cleaning / restoration

So, tried some full fat coke and soaking. Results: total rubbish, soaking in soapy water would have fared better IMO. (I want to take away ...

    A quick spray with some sorta bleachy hob cleaner thing out the kitchen cupboard worked way better.

    Oven cleaner doesn't go well with paint, mask sensitive areas.

    Try rhubarb water, IIRR it works reasonably well.
