Finally bought a working trials bike

Heeeeelp!! Just bought what I think is cota 314r 1994 (looks identical to yours) collected it from private seller yesterday and while I was there ...

    Heeeeelp!! Just bought what I think is cota 314r 1994 (looks identical to yours) collected it from private seller yesterday and while I was there the bike was dead cold and he fired it up 2nd kick, although when put in gear it did leap off a bit but quickly freed up. So loaded it up and came home. Pulled it out of the garage this morning, will it start? will it frog! tried it left it tried again nowt, fuel ok choke on choke of sod all. am I missing something? any advice apprecciated.

    Get a bungee around the right footrest so you can give it a good swing.

    Check the seller hasn't jury rigged a kill switch, make sure the kill switch isn't on (!).

    Otherwise good luck.

    Tried the bungee approach, I thought I noticed in your earlier post, something about a hidden fuel tap? give us a clue
