Did I read that its not getting the quad-core?
No confirmation one way or the other yet. I imagine it probably will and the last rumours I read seem to think so.
Either way, can't see it being much of an issue. If it really *needs* one it'll probably come with one, if not it won't. To be honest, when the iPad 2 came out with the dual-core chip, it wasn't like the 1 was sluggish. It's far less important than with Android tabs because iOS is obviously heavily optimised for one piece of hardware.
It'll look good on paper if it does, but I don't see it being relevant to anything in particular.
will you be able to type on it properly? or will spell chuck do its ping?
No home button..... Possibly.![]()
Well, quadruple the pixels will make a big difference. The resolution will be higher than 95% of people's PC's. The rest is more minor.
Nah. The bodies have been photographed, unless there's a massive secrecy thing going on they'll be the same as before. Just a tiny but thicker.
Oh good point. I don't recall it always being the case though. Possibly since the 5.0 update? (the option isn't there on my older firmware 3G iPhone)
