Default Advice: Need new clutch plates for my SZR660...

...but there are a number of different kits and prices available online.

    So far I've found:

EBC DRC series plates for 108 from Wemoto

EBC Std Kit for 53 from Motorcycle Road and Race

    or

CAMOTO Clutch kit for 21 from this ebay shop

How bad are the cheap ones really?

Oh, and I know I'll need new springs too. MR&R do them for 10.

    Cheers,

    Rog

Thought somebody might reply. Oh well, I'm going for the EBC std kit.

Clutch plates are about the only bits, given a choice, where I'd go for OE. Have heard some bad things about EBC clutches - strange as their pads are superb IME. Cheap plates I wouldn't touch.

I changed a diversion clutch with original parts. It worked just like it was meant to, as expected. Can't see why anyone would bother scrimping as original parts don't usually cost much more.
