Default Super Duke or 1100 Monster ? or anything else ?

    My first post, greetings etc.
I would like your advice, I have gradually moved from riding Enduro bikes over the last 10 years and currently have a KTM 690 smc.
I am in need of more power yet don't want to move to a sportsbike.
I fancy a Super Duke (had a 450exc, 400exc and a 250exc-f in the past. Did most work on them myself and am comfortable with the Austrians quality, kind of) but I'm not sure.
    Big naked Honda ? Monster 1100 ?
I find the Tuono ugly (shame, I wanted to love it)

    Any suggestions ?

Mine don't usually last long when for sale.

the tuono is a biy ugly, but then so are the new monsters IMO, I like what KTM did but for me they're still a bit origami and the swing looks naff. 2nd hand s4rs then with bolt on trimmings

I like the Ducati. But I love the Super Duke. Don't Ducati dealers take the piss ? I just imagine them to be very expensive.

They are a bit expensive, but KTM are not cheap.

Generally I feel they're close, but the ducati has the potential for a big one more so than a KTM.

Both are European, meaning they come with added 'soul' but at a potential increased cost
