Default What will be on your Xmas Day Dinner plate?

I'm cooking it, so it will be very boring on our platter (and simple as I am cooking for .

    Turkey Crown
    Aunt Bessies roast potatoes
    Aunt Bessies Yorkshire Pud
    Maple roasted parsnips
Sprouts with Lardons and Chestnuts (contemplating Marsala)
    Carrots (plain boiled)
    Broccolli
Peas or beans (as yet to decide)
    Gravy

    Pud will be

Xmas pud with ice cream and barndy butter/cream
    Mince Pies (see above)
Passion Fruit Roullard with cream/ice cream.

    Simples!

    Probably some food.
Not bothered if it's turkey, beef, microwave burger or a pot noodle as it's just another day and another meal in my book

Fair enough. When I get my Sansaire sous vide machine in the New Year, I'm going to try that recipe out.
