So there I was submerged deep in youtube land educating myself in the ways of Jeff Beck (like one does) when I discovered Tal Wilkenfeld. ...

    She's a bit good, and easy on the eye too.

    Jeff Beck, on the other hand, tends to ride that whammy bar so much I end up almost feeling seasick.

    That's not bass playing. The high frets are just there for show, not actually playing. A real bass player doesn't go high than the 5th fret.

    And I bet she didn't have to pick up her cabs.
