    Default New D300!!!

New (to me) D300 arrived this week. 30k clicks, 330 delivered. Very nice, very solid, and much better than the D60 it replaced. Hooray. Now, just got to figure out how to use it properly. It works quite a bit differently to the D60, and has a lot more complex toys on it.

    Sounds like a good price.

I'm almost decided to finally upgrade my ageing EOS 40D for a 6D. Just need to finally press the 'buy' button. Oh, and sell 2 of my 3 lenses and buy replacements.

If you will end auctions at 2.15 on Christmas day... Similar ones were going for 380 or so just a few days previously, and I did have a mint one lined up from LCE in Reading for 430, which I thought was a very reasonable price. So I was made up to be getting one for 330.

I replaced my dying D50 with a D300s a couple of years ago, anything like me and you'll fall in love once you get used to it.
