Tyre pressure Michelin Power One B

Been on the Michelin Power One website to chose my tyres, PowerOne B and there is a recommended pressure, 2.1 Bar front, 1.9 bar rear.

Only thing is, does anyone know if this is for when the tyre is cold or hot? If it is for when the tyre is cold, does anyone know what the recommend hot pressures are?

And yes I've contacted Michelin but so far no response.

i would say this was cold as if it was hot they would be to low 30.5 psi front seems right,but 27.5 psi rear seems a bit low i know it used to be 28.5 rear on track.

How cold is cold and how hot is hot? For road use it's normal to talk about pressure when cold - cold being ambient. For race use hot is usually tyre warmer hot, which typically is 75-80 degrees C. I suspect the pressures you are quote are cold otherwise you'd be falling off and denting rear rims when hitting bumps.
