Default A word to the wise regarding wheelies

If you launch one from the traffic lights and miss the chance into 2nd and hit the limiter immediately afterwards, the front will drop rapidly and your balls will make rapid contact with the fuel tank, especially so on a SuperDuke. This will smart somewhat for a mile or two and you may possibly have looked a twat-extrordinaire in front of the more awake cage drivers...

That is all. As you were.

Actually, if you launch a wheelie on the road you look a twat-extrordinaire to everybody except teenage boys who think it's big and clever.

Still, you know your own business best. You know who you want to impress. Don't let me stop you.

I am the exception then, I love wheelies, but definitely fall into the cant do them category. having said that, I would have laughed at the attempt mentioned above

You've always got the 'dodgy KTM fuel injection' excuse though, I wouldn't worry about it.

Getting sacked by a wheelie is never fun, I could never shift to second anyway so was always prepared for the limiter come down.

Good to hear some people are still keeping it up on one though.
