Of course, you can't play if you; never ride motorways or have cruise control or want to make some clever comment about over/undertaking. This is for the purpose of riding on a straight, long and dull motorway (or similar). 'I keep the fucker pinned to the stop' is technically maintaining the throttle at a uniformed speed btw.

Me? I find it marginally more interesting to twist for a bit and then release. Then twist for a bit. Then release. Then twist. Then perhaps release

According to the road conditions: wet, dry, surface, bends, gradients, traffic, wind, visibility, traffic, junctions, fitness, fuel economy and so on.

Bit of both really. if I'm trying to eke out the gas I'll hold it steady, otherwise I'm rolling on and off, mostly cos I'm RLAC, undertaking and weaving about to try to make it more interesting. TBH I try to avoid m-ways but sometimes you just have to.

Since getting a bike with TC another fun game to play in the wet is to drop a couple of gears then nail it to see how much you can get the TC to kick in for, at which point it pings you forward at some speed as it all hooks up, bit like in roadrunner where his feet run for a few secs before he nicks off.

    ?!

I pay for my fuel and turn up to work less likely to have crashed or gone postal through boredom/falling asleep. I take it you fly via Air Catapult to Turkey?

If i am on my own i tend to ride like a diddy. If going distance with a pillion i will just cruse along at around 10mph over speed limits.

Once up to speed i just hold the throttle to maintain that speed, give it a little more to overtake and then back to previous speed. A bit boring really.

I like to wheelie periodically just to amuse lorry drivers and myself. So, technically, twist-release-twist-abitofclutch-whoooOOOAah-release, although I haven't voted.

Adjust throttle to maintain speed limit, on motorway as well as A, B and lesser roads and to be able to stop within the distance I can see to be clear.

You know what? When I was living in Canada, all these years ago, around 1 November was usually the time that the snow fell and stayed. Yet this Friday, it's going to be 22C in Montreal.

For no particular reason, I hold you singlehandedly (literally) responsible for the warm up of Eastern Canada, if not the planet, with your inconsiderate wrist pollution (did you know that "masturbate" comes form latin for to pollute with the hand?).

Thatcher will be glad that, for once, we can't blame her. She might invite you to become her facebook friend.
