    My wife gave birth yesterday to our baby boy, Zach. 8lbs8. Bit of a rough time, but both well!

    In other news, what the title was for, spoke to the bike shop, the cg is ready for me....wonder if I should slip out for the bike or stay in hospital with the family?? Hmmmmm decisions!

    Congrats on the baby! My Nephew and his Mrs just became parents which reminded me of what a great time it is. Oh and go and get the bike. You've probably got hoards of visitors and teh Mrs will have been laying about for days so it'll do her good to get up and about making teas and coffees!
