Can't remember last time we had a shonker role call.
So come on, let's see and hear about your shonkers!
Mine:
1988 BMW K75S. 59k miles. Nearly roadworthy.
Shonkers of the world untie!

CBR600F thanks to effbee
Managed to get a brand new seat for £20, and a practically new endcan for £15. Rear shock needs replacing although stillgood enough for a another couple of months
That one nice bikeand may do olly as I am doing my DAS in darlo soon
Meet Shonkduro. A 1978 XL250S bought for £400, tastefully restored with 2 cans of Halfords toolbox red and a back tyre that wasn't flat, used to bring me to 2nd place in TBEC's vintage enduro class last year. It only needed 4 engine rebuilds along the way, well it wouldn't be a shonker otherwise
Has more recently acquired a large dent at the back of the tank (yes it was the way you think)
Daft question guys but how much do these 400s cost? as will be looking for a runabout bike once i pass test..I have my vn800 for when i do long trips...lol
