Cheers chuck.
I will leave that link as is tho, as it's somewhere people can head to any time.
ages ago I started a google-earth list of places
Google Earth Community: Motorcycle hotspots and hangouts
but never got that far...
something you really need time on your hands for!
Yeah, its on Cowbridge Common in Wales.
Also known as the Downs Cafe, just off the A48 between Cardiff and Bridgend at Aberthin. Beloved of Hardly Movingsons, classics and unfeasibly old people on push bikes.
Its that one:

I like to ride along Lensfield Road in Cambridge when St Mary's Convent school is kicking out.![]()
If you're going there you might wanna take some wellies.
Lord Stones Cafe
Penny Garth Cafe
The Old Fox in Brizzle isnt really the place for your weekend-warrior-power-ranger type of biker
They do have great live bands on Saturdays though.... Its like they're playing in my front room!![]()
Only been to one of those in recent years and that was serendipitous (Abergavenny).
I guess I'm not a proper biker, my destinations are only occasionally bike related.
Hmm, Aber is one of the very few I still enjoy stopping at.
Avebury is cancelled for the forseeable future by all accounts. Well, the Weds BBQ and cordoned-off bike parking is, they won't turn away anyone that happens to turn up and be on a bikePersonally, the bike night was dull, a bit like most organised stuff (or I'm becoming a miserable old cow) but lovely place to ride to any day of the week.
