The Tin Tent Tango - 5/6/7 April

An idea that was discussed last year - a meet for camper, caravans and tents most welcome. The plan for the first time is the wood bridge inn in Wilshire, the pub has a large camping field with some hook up, cheap to stay there. Friday high is turn up, drinks in the pub,they do excellent food if you want to eat, Saturday night gather somewhere in the field for a BBQ and beers. There is fishing there if that is what you want to do.

I'll be tentatively booking hook up for 3 (myself, yorrick and gedge - not sure about anne and jamjars requirements), they have 5 hook ups total so if anyone requires it then let me know (if more need hookup then a cheeky divider plug may find its way out of the back of my van). The camping is basically a field but I need to give some kind of indication of how many people/tents there will be. For those that are tentatives, as long as there arent too many, I'm sure turn up and camp will be okay.

From the tone of that thread it appeared the idea for saturday night is people bring food, I'll (hopefully) do a lump of pork on the smoker and yorrick is bringing a BBQ. I'll pick up rolls and sauces, I'm assuming people will bring their own plates and fighting irons. Perhaps people can bring sides and if we all gang up () on bananaman he could be persuaded to bring something nice for desert.

Yeah sign me up for a pitch with hook up, this will probably be my first time out in the tint tent and will be a good test for the big year coming.

Since this is in the Easter hols, we'll arrive in good time to put up the retro tent before beer time. We'll bring lots of beer.

We'll be on the next one in a caravan. I'm fully booked for Easter this year.
