2 Questions..Freezing and cooking with chillis

    I live alone and work a 2 till 10 shift. I take my main meal at work. If I buy some mince or the stuff they cut in squares....take it home and decide to go out I bung it in the week I defrost it and "coook" half...can I freeze the left overs or will I die if I eat them ?

    I love Chilli and was facinated by the recipices lower down the page. I chuck handfulls of them in and end up with spicy mince I just cut the ends I dice I slice them...I'm going wrong somewhere

    Any advice appreciated
