    If the concern about extradition was over the likelihood of a fair trial (regardless of actual guilt), then surely the fates of the Guildford four and Birmingham six indicate why the concern was there.

    Just arrived back in Blighty by boat.
    Was I customs/immigration/douane checked garlic side, non
    Was I customs/immigration checked upon entering the UK, nope.
    How many of our migrant friends were found on the boat.......about 10!
    It seems in the run up to 31/10 that HMRC and the French are in DILLIGAF mode.
    Daily Mail mode off

    The number pf times i have turned up in harbours, big and small, in boats from high speeruisers to dutch barges with room for hundreds of illegals (you can stack them up to 5 deep apparently) and we have never been stopped or boarded, except once in holland...on the way out.
