You might want something in that cocktail to mitigate the constipation that goes with opiates.

Just don't get cocky and think you're Okay, all that's doing is providing a way of hiding the pain.

And a pleasant high no doubt

Feeling better (like I'm floating to be more accurate!) so I did some light work (no pun intended).

Found a shelving unit, all galvanised steel which fits to perfection. Fired up some old bulders lights which had filled with water but stll fired up (off an isolating transformer). Just checking for light gaps etc. Probably fill it with all the RS250 (#3) I can find which currently resides in the kitchen, cellar, bedroom MotoGP shed and Thunderbird #1. Once it's all in one place it should be easier to get it going...

I'm not touching that bloody anvil for a while anyway.

Well I just popped into this thread so I could look up some of these drugs. It's been a really shitty week.

Oh and Omeprazole: "Common side effects include headache, diarrhoea and stomach pain."

Serves me right for not swotting up on my prescription. My back on the other hand, is now fine. I'll start with some. Gradual exercise, maybe some stretching but no lifting at all for at least another month methinks.
