After three years in storage, a new carb, battery, generator, and reg/rec, it's running beautifully. The Grandad of all the factory motards Attachment 37980Attachment 37982Attachment 37981

No, not really. This is the second one I've had, and I used to commute 90 miles daily on the old one. This one is pretty much brand new. 22 year old bike, and it's done 1900km. It spent most of its life in the front room of the chap that I bought it off, as an ornament. It's probably the best example of a Nordwest in the world. I feel almost guilty thrashing it about

An unfounded reputation, probably because it's Italian.

I always liked the look of the Saturno.

    Nice bike

I longed for one of these when they first came out (I had 0 to spend though!).

Kinda got there eventually with a rough 97 duke 620 (in '04 IIRC) followed by a 111 mile old KTM 625 SMC in 05.

<whispers> We also have a KTM 640 LC4 SM. It's a bit noisier and faster
