Unsurprising, IIRC he's only got two ovens in his kitchen.

Just bumping this so the person who's looking for it can find it.

The amazing deal is you get to see my name pop up.

    Well as it's bumped....

Eurosport Player is only £19.99 for the year if you sign up before the end of the month. Handy for BSB and WSBK coverage. It's usually £59.99 for 12 months.

Thanks fingerpuk. I thought it was on this thread someone puta link to the Lidl charger but after all that it wasn't!

err as a. Ontribution then, if you're buying anything check prices on here https://www.sportsbikeshop.co.uk/ I've found them to be cheaper for things like than most other places. They are on eBay too but seems to get delivered quicker when ordering direct?

I bought an Aldi Charger a month or two back.

I was in Lidl day before yesterday and the had a similar one for about £14 iirc.

The Aldi one had a proper motorcycle mode, I didn't pay enough attention to the Lidl one to notice if it had one too.

Upgraded the old man's car headlights to HID recently, because old. Turns out they had a discount for 5% or something on Twatter that weekend that wouldn't work but I found an old code for 20% off: STRATHY

    http://www.hids4u.co.uk/

    H7R HIDS4U Stealth 55W Xenon HID Conversion Kit £83.99
    Discount -£16.80
    Order total: £67.19 GBP

I'd found some on eBay for £15 - 30 but with these you get a couple of years warranty and better quality(?). They're not as bright as I expected probably due to the H7R version having a painted shield on the bulb to cut glare (for reflector housing). It's not a razor sharp cutoff beam like on YouTube, I guess they have projector headlights. Though the old man's very happy with them.

To me, on a wet road the HID dipped were as bright as when you turn them on with the halogen full beams in tandem* (+50% Osram Silverstar, annoyingly I hadn't put those in the more used dipped beams years ago). They also light up reflective signs and things much better, even clothing during the day.

*Of course I don't mean the HID has the long range or lack of cut off like the full beam, it still looks dipped.

"You can choose whether you’d like 35W (*up to 300% more light) or 55W (*up to 400% more light)" Sounds like BS but not too bad considering a pair of those new 150% halogen bulbs are £30 and only last 200 hours.

Took a couple of hours to fit because it went dark, and you have to work blind and backwards on the original cramped headlights. Then I put them in the full beam side by accident and had to swap it over. No cars flashing headlights and no glare when looking at them, of course on a cameraphone they look glaretacular.
