In the UK we keep dogs as pets, we don't let them roam wild and if they become feral and cannot be rehomed, it is more humane to have them put down.
We vote, if we vote leave we will (eventually) trigger Article 50.
Article 50 is a one-way ticket. Once triggered we cannot un-trigger it.
AFTER we have triggered Article 50 negtiations start. Until then the EU will not discuss terms.
We have 2 years after triggering Article 50 to negotiate stuff.
Exactly 2 years after triggering Article 50 we are out, ready or not.
Terms are as negotiated, or WTO if we haven't yet agreed stuff.
Now where exactly in that process would you like to put the voting on terms bit?
