See mansion tax. Well the value of £1m or more, can only have happened from the corrupt inflation of house prices. Say back in the 70s or so when someone bought that property, they never paid so much money for that house at all. Cash poor, asset rich, doesn't matter to the Lib Dims, they haven't thought this through.
