    I just wanted to know how old this model of bike is as I was gonna buy it cheap and development her up to working condition.

    How old does the seller say it is?
    Google says '88 through to '92 but the basic bike is same as the old 250.

    Rickman Tempest is the name of one of a range of fairings as fitted to several models of bikes. As GiantPigmy said, Google is your friend but other search engines are available. Try looking for "MZ ETZ 301" you'll find all sorts of information about these bikes.
