    What's the low down, Yale still the daddy, any obvious pit falls to avoid?

    And yes at the grand old age of 44 this is my 1st lock replacement

    'cept, AFAIK, no electronic lock is insurance approved, although it might be different for industrial / commercial use.
    But I do like the idea, although it might be a bit spendy for a rental gaff.

    Code locks are almost invariably pants.

    Yale are OK. but make sure you get the right sort (which is invariably the most expensive one).
    Better locks are available, but rapidly get quite spendy.
    Multiple locks are good (Yale + mortice or Yale + Chubb).

    I replaced all my locks with Ultion and had them key'd alike too. Buy once, buy right!

    They appear to only do euro cylinders, not night latches..
