So stump up the cash and go and do one. Hardly a difficult wish to fulfill.

Who's the organiser (ie who to book with) and which hotel are you planning to be at?

    Asking for a friend.

You might need snow chains if this bloody weather doesn't sort itself out

Worst case scenario we've got a hire van, a hotel room and a night of beer with a bunch of mates. I'm not seeing anything bad here

Sure, the wife may not get to play on track, but that's the chance we take

Gwaaan- You can have a go on the new improved mighty 390 Duke if you do. It'll even have rearsets and sticky tyres on by then

    Who's ready? Who's not?

I did tyre pressures and checked the zx6 over today. Will give it an hour on Optimate on Sat morning, but it's all good to go.

My only other debate is whether I bring my wheels from the 690 to fit tyres for upcoming trip.

Hotel, 5.30 give or take arrive for us.

I'm not far off, just got to get these bad boys onto the 390 (thanks Couchie), dig out the leathers and other bits and bobs that have been in hibernation for what seems like for ever , well, since Pembrey last year, and we're good to go.

I doubt I'll make 5:30 , mainly as I'm easily led where beer is involved and would likely end up having a few more than I really want to if I get there then, but will be there 630-7pm latest.

    You still bringing your Bro?

We'll probably wait for you to eat then, assuming you're eating in pub?

We run those tyres at a cold pressure of 25 psi front and rear in the DesmoDue series... the SP versions with a softer shoulder give a fair bit more edge grip so go easy until they are warmed up!
