I was well impressed with everyones reaction on the green carpet, Trophy men up and off, winner stuffs whippet under her arm and is off on her heels, reserve is a fraction slower in catching on to what is going on around her but grabs dog in tight then right hand into her bra for the hidden treats and starts distracting. The rest of the finalists are offski PRQ.
Security bloke running across the carpet should send the clip of his tackle to the RFU to show them how its done properly.
and then crowd started Booing the idiots before giving the winners a standing round of applause.

Also I thought there was a big increase in the TV coverage given to welfare - both the welfare of dogs and dogs contributing to welfare of humans. IMO PETA should lobby the acceleration of change rather than alienate the wider doggie loving public. They may have shot themselves in the foot..?

I hate that. There's no such thing as "over-exaggerated!"

Throw some decent money into it (e.g. the charities...& it's a damed good lunch you get at the KC in their really rather lovely HQ, very conveniently located in Piccadilly) & it gets weird.
Sadly that is often true of many other organisations, not just the dog world.

Blokes with those dreadful things they call "classic bikes."

Never let them meet once a month upstairs in a pub!

    Nope.

Just another event ran by snobs for their snob mates.

Run your own one with a no snob rule. Even if what you say was true cant snobs have events?
