Default Sky Q in other rooms

We have 2 TVs one downstairs and one in the bedroom. Downstairs we have Sky Q, upstairs I use for the PS4 and free view. However last winter our tv aerial blew off and there is no TV upstairs. This doesn't bother me as I only use the PS4, but the Mrs has asked if there is a way of sending the Sky signal to the TV upstairs like the old magic eyes.

I've had a admittedly quick look and it seems Sky have tried to put a stop to this as the Sky Q box only has a HDMI output for the TV and then you're supposed to fork out more money for a mini box and 12 quid a month for multi room wirelessly. I'm not fussed about watching different channels just watching whatever is on the box downstairs.

    Is this possible?

Have you had a play with the Sky Go app, might be an alternative if you can cast to the TV from your phone or tablet??

Do-dad, whack it in a spare HDMI and throw 5v from a USB at it and you get a smart TVish
