Bolts/screws of that size seem a massive overkill for a ground anchor. How are you measuring them?

I wonder if that's across the flats, rather than the thread diameter.

Unless your mate borrows them and fails to return (borrow the best, never buy). i have Facom now and they have lasted over 10 years.

Not Allen keys but I've just realised my teng 3/8 socket set is about 30 y/o now. Used almost daily. The catch on the ( placcy ) box broke ages ago but the rest is tip top.

I've been slowly replacing my tools, piece by peice, with tools by https://www.facom.com/uk/

I'm too old to buy Snap On and they are the best but slightly expensive but Facom are reasonably priced and really good quality.

I've used Snap On. Wasn't particularly impressed. Best saving money and buying Facom/Britool/Halfords.
