Such a tragic shame and loss to the Dunlop family and to the sport. RIP William, I didn’t know you, nor you I, but I have watch your family story and enjoy every moment watching you race.

    R.I.P. to another Dunlop.

One thing you can say about them all, is that they make the ultimate sacrifices doing the thing they love to do.

Just heard this horrible news, Rip William. As much as I love real road racing,I am really starting to dislike it.

Road racing is a fantastic sport but, Jesus wept, it takes no prisoners.

I think his partner is pregnant as well.

    RIP William

Indeed, he pulled out of the TT to be with her as she was going through a difficult phase in her pregnancy

    RIP.
It seems to be an inevitability with the Dunlops, my only surprise is that William got it before Michael (who, to my eye, seems to be further on the edge constantly than William).

I hope Mother to-be and new baby Dunlop are cared for, I'd doubt there is any insurance available?

A justgiving page has been set up to raise some money for his wife and child by the owners of Crossans motorcycles who i think were sponsoring him on saturday.

Joey Dunlops ex mechanic Sam Graham (the guy with the lions/tigers in the documentary) was seriously injured in an accident on saturday as well -
