I've got this from another forum:

Near miss during the festival of motorcycling, thankfully the rider that was filming was switched on, he averted a serious accident ..... He turned around and caught up with the other rider, who's biking skills were questionable to say the least, to offer a few words of wisdom!

Good skills for the guy that was filming.

Having said that when avoiding the rider in his lane, the guy with the camera has gone in the opposite lane and almost wiped out the innocent rider who was not happy either.

IMO riding with some bunch of wannabe racers with 70mph IoM looks more dangerous then the actual race what do you think?

Don't think there was a lot else he could have done - very good reactions I'd say.

And I have to say from watching the performance at the TT there are an awful lot of people on sportsbikes out there whose ambitions exceed their abilities. They make the whole mountain section one way, and it was generally closed 4-5 times a day, every day, due to single bike accidents and the resulting clearup. At the FOM (AKA MGP) the mountain is not one way so you can get idiots like that overshooting corners into oncoming traffic. One of the practice sessions was delayed due to a 2-bike head-on at the Gooseneck, which wasn't popular as they'd already lost so much practice time due to bad weather. As a result I believe they are looking at making the mountain one way for that fortnight also, starting next year.

I did something similar in a car. I rounded a bend to be faced with two artics side by side. Luckily for me the road was wide enough for me to go in between them.
