Rather than keep adding to a spoof thread I thought it might be handy to have one that's specifically about who's off where next season, particularly as the silly season seems to have started early this year. At the time of writing we have:

Pedrosa leaves Honda, probably into retirement
Lorenzo takes up the second seat at Repsol
Smith out of KTM to be replaced by Zarco, and will become test rider at Aprilia
New SIC team will lease Yamaha M1's for 2019-21 with Quartararo and Morbidelli on board
Tech3 running KTMs with Oliveira moving up fro Moto2 and (inexplicably) Syahrin

    Keep em coming...

    Folger test rider for Yamaha.

ISTR Keith Huewen mentioning all the seats for 2019 are now confirmed

Syahrin is a money deal I reckon but is one that could possibly be up for question.

Any money on Lorenzo reversing out of the Honda Ride to stay at Ducati and them running 3 bikes?

I don't know if they can run 3 bikes under the rules, let alone what it would cost to break the contract! But if Lostboy is right about the breakdown in relations between Lorenzo and Ducati I can't see either side wanting to do it. He's proved he can win on Yamaha and Ducati, something other riders couldn't do, and he probably reckons he can do it on Honda too. I think he'll struggle, as the Honda doesn't turn like he needs a bike to do, but hopefully Honda won't take 18 months to listen to his requests.

And the latest rumour.... Stoner to Honda as test rider after months of frustration asking Ducati to change things and not getting a response...

Guess his falling-out with Honda wasn't that bad after all

I think Honda have it sewn up though. Stoner as a test rider, JL and MM... unstoppable.
