    I jumped to PlusNet. Paid for one year in advance. Broadband with no calls - pointless if you also have a mobile. That said it does allow for free voice mail/answerphone.

    Most will negotiate.

    I find they all ship poor quality routers, I bought a nighthawk router and the improvement was significant over any ISP supplied one I've had.
