Posting this as a bit of a blog.

We're finally in the new house and I've started piling shit up in one of the outbuildings with a view to taking a couple of days off work in the new year to sort it out properly. The building has electricity and CAT5 back to the house, double glazing, double doors and some track lighting in there already. I've got a wall mounted elec heater to fit in there, some carpet tiles to put down by the workbench, a stereo, a wireless AP and a baby monitor IP camera to install. I need some blinds putting up on the glazing, at the minute I've just got sheets of ply to keep prying eyes at bay.

The hot tub will be removed and the rotten decking stripped away. I might sort out some sort of covered hardstand for jetwashing mountain bikes, working outside in warmer months etc. The two lights on the outside of the building are going to be replaced with LED floodlights.

No. Might turn it into a massive parts washer.

There's no need to brag about the size of your parts

Yea, I'm loving it. Reckon it's 150' to the house from the workshop. There's a summer house (with power), a massive shed and a gate that takes you out on to the National Trust common.

This was the old space I had to work in, so I'm really looking forward to being able to actually get on with the KX without having to shift crap out the way.

    Looks cluttered already.

Any plans to extend sheddage so there's clean bike storage and separate workshopery for the dirty stuff?
Assume access to the street is no problem?

Just piss in the garden. It's nature's toilet.

The shonky wooden shed will get replaced/repaired at some point.
