Reading that shows how much progress and healing you've achieved. Well done!

Glad it hasn't been too good as I've actually done loads of stuff that needed doing - had it been better they would never have been done!

I'll check back here so I know who to say hello to.

Should be there by 11 (sadly spectating only) as a few things cropped up that i have to do before leaving home.

Hopefully the weather will stay dry!

And you. How's Warren (?) today.

More than likely pop down tomorrow , seeing as proceedings were halted for so long yesterday.

Jason was his name or braveheart as he’s now known. Got out of hospital about 1am. He’s fine, nothing broken just sore. Ran out of talent. Good day today, wasn’t quite as windy and I broke the 2 minute barrier. Did a few 1:58s this afternoon. So still making good progress.

Oh, Jerez only a couple of hundred miles from here...

Good to meet you Craig, and everyone else. It was a real pity that bikes in your garage got infected by the crash bug, and hopefully the last crash in the "race" didn't see the rider injured.

Have a good journey back tomorrow, hopefully with a massive hangover!
