    A lot of their stuff is made by other companies & then relabled. Not sure who makes their power tools, but I know their deadblow hammers are Trusty-Cook, Circlip pliers are Stride (with a HUGE mark up, my set cost $34 on sale from about $70, identical ones with Snappy label is $200), Chisels are Mayhew etc.

    Any damn fool can offer a "lifetime warranty" if the original purchase price also includes the cost of 2 or 3 *free* replacements when it breaks...
