I think either we're missing something in your picture or you're missing something in our thoughts.... One or the other.

In the picture of the wiring there is a bolt, then the picture of the top of the fender is the hole where the bolt goes.

Your cable routing looks okay, get rid of the insulation tape and cover the whole run with heat shrink, also find a way to hold it tight against the mudguard so it isn't flapping about.

Once the bike is together you won't be able to see it.

Bikes are made for riding, not for looking at.

No, sadly I have to go to work to pay for it.

(I also do a load of other stuff apart from riding motorcycles)

Heat gun is fine, get heat shrink big enough to go over your cable, probably about 15mm

    Default SuperMoto is back

    Right so fitted my bobbins,

    fitted the new grips,

was going to fit the handguards but I am pretty sure they have the mounts still wedged in there

Iíve pull that end bit out, but for the life of me canít get the rest out

Try to get a screw driver in there but canít get it to budge

    You fucking ham fisted ape.

Thread bolt in and hit with rubber mallet. You then release the collar on the bolt and it slides out.

Well, it would if youve not twatted it.
