Has a cheeky 1/2 hour to try and sort some bits

Iíve almost got the wheel and caliper sorted.
Caliper is not going on right, the disk is rubbing the inside of the caliper

Right sorted that issue by spacing the caliper with 2 washers.

So fitted the caliper and pads, and the bobbin on the inside of the disk is hitting the inside brake pad and wonít allow the wheel to turn unless forced, resulting in this (olds pads though)

Iíve been in contact with the technical guys at EBC For help, they have no idea why it does not fit, got a feeling it will only work with the small stud caliper, I explained that supermoto needs a massive caliper and 320mm.
I am pretty sure MotoMaster only make 1 caliper for supermoto and I have the correct bracket.
Waiting on EBC to come back again and see whatís up

So in the end EBC have said that they only work with the std caliper they also said it looks like motomaster bobbins are not as close to the edge odf the disc, not happy but in fairness they said I can send it back, I’ll have to pay £10/15 to have the black re coated as it’s marked, i rally can't be arsed to argue,

Hmm, that does sound odd? But it seems spoked wheels cause all kinds of different problems, depending on lacing, hubs etc.

its boring, EBC list the different husky's, no where does it say only to be used with the original calliper, i even said i bought ebc as there made in the uk, its the same price as the moto master as well, plus it looks better. anyways they will take it back and ill have to order another disk, with the front wheel and brake on for a short time it actually looked a little bit like a supermoto.

So the EBC is on the way back to them, MotoMaster disc is on the way. So thatís that issue sorted I hope.

Iíve changed the spark plug but the waterproof seal off of the HT lead has come off, how the hell
Do I get it back on, or where does it go.

Iíve had it running so least I know it works

Got the new air flier oiled and on. Given the air box a clean, it was minging.

Fitted the front sprocket, new sprocket cover, ordered a few bolts to replace some of the minging ones on there.

Once I find out where the little plastic cap goes on the spark plug I can start fitting the plastics and make it look a bit more like it should.

Had a slight issue with the exhaust, the pipe had a shield on it, the 3 bolts were a bugger to get off, I had to cut one off, the 3rd one had already been rounded off, I tried cutting it off but couldíve get to it and tried to bend the shield, in doing so Iíve made a hole in it

I wanted a new arrow for it anyways.

Anyways few problems have arisen but itís quite fun getting stuck in, it still needs cleaning, I feel like it needs a bath

The waterproof bits just fit on each end of the cap as seen here. Is that what you mean?
