Ordered a rear brake disc and a shiny new rear pad pin, hope to start getting a few bits on it next week.

just spent 3 hours or so playing with the bike, taken all the plastics off now, removed the front claiper and master cylinder, cut the chain off, removed the rear light in preparation for the new one, put the front disc on, can't do the rear as i am waiting for the new disc bolts to arrive, given it a clean, it was f**king minging, its better, but there is a lot more that could be done cleaning wise.

Fitted the new 42 tooth rear sprocket, just waiting for rear disc bolts to arrive.

Need to get some circlip pliers for the front sprocket.

Rear disc fitted and rear wheel on, then drilled the holes for the rear light, at some point I need to work out what wires do what for the rear light. Also I am praying the rear brake light works.

    right tonight's been rubbish/long/shit/learning/interesting

tonight I've learnt that i don't know how to use this

Untitled by lewis wilson, on Flickr

i've also learnt that the MX box stand i got was a stupid idea as its a bugger to lift up onto it, i should of got one of those one that lift up with the foot.

todays aim was to wire up the rear light, remove the front wheel and a few other bits.

Removed the 4 bolts from the fork legs then realised i don't have a 12mm allen key to remove the giant nut thing that hold the front axel in. so ill need to order or pick one up tomorrow before i can't get the front wheel off. (i want to ebay the enduro wheels)

i removed the air filer as thats minging in preparation for the new one thats arriving. need to clean this area some how.

lifted the tank to gain access to the spark plug and its quite dirty under there with dry mud. then removed the spark plug, thats rough as a badger ass. what way does the water proof seal go back into the ht cap??
new plug should be here tomorrow.

managed to get the rear light to come on, not the rear brake light though. first i connected the wires and thought i was there........nope did not light up

i removed the tape to reveal the rest and realised i just connected the new rear light wires to the old one that was still attached to the bike. there was some bad connections there so removed them and replaced them.

managed to find a little info on what colour wires Husqvarna use, then got them wired up

the rear light worked after this, but can't get the rear brake light working (both bright and dim, so the brake light does work just not via the pedal ), everything I've seen say's the bike need's to be running, I've not got rear pads in at the moment so its hard to test, plus i am not sure it it will make a difference but it has not front brake at the moment either.

need to search out a rear brake light switch, wait for some more bits to come, order front and rear pads.
