    Welcome!

    Try some of the Chinese adjustable levers from eBay, these allow you to adjust lever reach without adding excess slack to the cable. Purple ones are fastest.

    Sounds to me like you're thinking in car terms about the clutch, bike clutches don't show wear in the same way.

    Usually the first you know about it for sure is the clutch start slipping. Keep riding it til that happens, reckon you'll be fine.

    If you do replace the clutch the Kawasaki plates are the best ones for it, EBC ones are good, but they can stick if the bike isn't used for a while.
