That's a good price for Donington, have a good time
I can't make that date as I won't be able to take time off work then.

Mostly because it's a 98Db, they reduce the price. Timings work fairly well as it's school holidays etc, so Mrs Weeksy gets to have some fun

My 400 would never get anywhere near 98dB, it scraped 102 at Snetterton and was easily the noisiest bike in Novice class there (because it was the only bike in novice having the tits revved off it)

TBH i don't know why trackdayers have anything other than quiet exhausts. Limiting your options for track just seems daft to me. One of the boys fitted a full Akra to his PaniV4, he'll be lucky to make 105Db. LOL

FZR didn't come with a quiet pipe, the Micron can I've put on it is quieter than the ART it came with, I have got a baffle I can put in the FZR, but it sounds lovely on a race can, it's probably not doing my exhaust valves any good though as I think it's running a little lean, it's definitely not running rich.

Right, I'm now booked, the TD and Travelodge, will be nice to do Donington again

The last time I was there I was in a borrowed van and on a borrowed bike ( Millie ) , and with a decent little good bunch of us TRCers as I remember- Mr & Mrs Weeksy, OCD, OCD's Gixxer riding mate, Couchie, SNAFU, DaveN , Noggin, and Fizzy, bless him, on his ER6 - was a fun evening in the pub and an excellent day on track

Not had the 790 noise tested yet so will be interested to see if I'm within 98dB with the Wings can - pretty it should be fine , but will take the standard one just in case,

And I'll throw the H2 in the van too in case it rains

Hmmmmm very interesting.... It would potentially mean i'd have to choose between the May date at Pembrey and this one.... but as i have the July Pembrey booked it would be nice to have Donny instead.

That said... if there's space it may be better from a security perspective to have the ZX6 in your van instead of on the trailer at hotel LOL... but hey it's insured and it's only a ZX6.

    I'll give it some thought.

No, but I might do Snetterton around that date.
I'm not a big fan of Donington.
