    Good result.

I wouldn't place too much reliance on the codes. For one thing, they won't tell you if an injector is sticky or even dirty. Effectively all they can do is look for continuity, and with some engines they will give an incorrect reading depending on the state the engine was in when it stopped - eg on my LR Discovery Td5 it always shows one injector as being faulty (it's not).

I would just run it for a couple of hundred miles and see how it performs.

    Thanks.

I was wondering, because it still runs, if I just took it out for a good run if t would just get the injectors running properly again?

The injectors were working just fine five years ago, but they have been laid up for that time not being used. So I am wondering if they are just sticky? A good run with some good fuel and some injector cleaner might get her working properly again.

The injectors do function, I could hear them clicking when I gave them power.

So if a couple of runs do not get them going again, a used set off ebay should do the trick.

The problem with modern bikes and cars is that the manufacturer can set a finite number of cycles for any component...which will tjen drop into fault mode or just not work. As its going...clear the fault codes and use it. If an injector is sticking, it will be obvious.
Remember first rule of mechanikary...if it aint broke, dont fix it.

Is there a way of degumming (presumably petrol residue from when it was drained?

Remove and soak, or ultrasonic, but without dismantling.
