Placebo - a medicine or procedure prescribed for the psychological benefit to the patient rather than for any physiological effect.

I don't understand why he turned down my 790 ...

I emailed him after all this 'disclosure'
Business is perhaps slower now due to it
I replied to an existing email thread about the S1000XR (so he knew I was a previous happy customer)
He could have just taken my money basically, but told me not to bother.

It's odd behavior if your 'scam' had been discovered, and you were looking to cash in. I'd want to hoover up all the suckers before getting on a plane

Maybe you should ask him what had changed to his magic invisible software since your friend Tricky had his 790 done? Or maybe Tricky should ask same!!

Maybe because he found no one else was doing them? I think i#m right in saying the 790 wasn't being doen by anyone then, maybe it is now though?

Plus Treetop have invited him to prove how he can achieve what no other tuner or car/bike manufacturer can, and if he does they'll offer a public apology. He declines this saying the matter is with his Lawyers, yet no court case is forthcoming!

He's been had mate. The comments about the BMW wont show its fuelling adjustment without the front wheel turning when the bike had no front wheel speed sensor is one very obvious way of highlighting his bullshit. Can you honestly say you think that possibly isn't bullshit?

The thing to bear in mind is he is a dyno tuner and supposedly does tune bikes on dyno, so he may well have some genuine customers that are pleased with his efforts? Its when he just does a dyno run and then supposedly installs his moody software, or sells it as a remote tune that is the issue, as such a software does not and apparently can not exist. Think about it, if it was true what would his little software script be worth to manufacturers etc. He'd be a damn site richer licensing it to them than selling it for 350 a pop to individuals. IMO of all the claims against him do stand to reason.
This seems the most likely to me.

Not the first threat he's been known to make either. Not just a conman but a nasty piece of work too.

    Treetop tuning
It has come to attention that a completely innocent shop that has nothing to do with tree top tuning has been threatened with arson . The land lord was contacted on behalf of Geoff's henchmen. Well known henchmen we may add. Again for the second time a police crime reference number has been issued. It goes to show how far he will go to protect his imaginary software. After all if it was real it would be in court by now. To scared to face 30 plus real tuners and their findings. Info indicates a lot of players have invested money into HT motorcycles on start up costs and expect returns. The only choice is to lie to the bitter end.
